With its rail-hotel-mall complex and being home to many internationally renowned financial institutions, the International Finance Centre (ifc) has become the business destination to Hong Kong. The construction of the International Commerce Centre (icc) continues this skyward momentum of the city’s economic prowess and vitality.
Mr. Thomas P. K. Kwok, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, leading developer in both projects, will come to campus to deliver a talk on the ifc and icc projects, from their conception, design, construction, management to business model. The talk is co-presented by the Faculty of Architecture, the Faculty of Business and Economics, and the Faculty of Engineering. Details of the talk are as follows:
